@henrik.arvedsen – How are you inserting the display into the post?

    – Cais.

    Hi,
I am creating a new post and clicking on the green icon.
From the pop up I choose NextGEN Basic Thumbnails and go to Add Gallery / Images.
I create a new gallery and add/upload the desired images.
I go back to Display Galleries and choose the gallery I want and click save.
An image placeholder is inserted to the post instead of a thumbnail.
In the frontend the same placeholder is displayed which is not clickable.

@henrik.arvedsen – Thanks for the workflow … do you see the same issue if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme on that sub-site?

    – Cais.

I allready run Twenty twelve as theme. And I don’t have any other plugins yet.

@henrik.arvedsen – Are the folder and file permissions correctly being set for the sub-site(s)?

    – Cais.

    Yes they should be.

@henrik.arvedsen – Have you verified that they are? Your gallery related folders and files should be getting the equivalent of 0755 and 0644 respectively.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.

All folders and files are set to 755.

@henrik.arvedsen – Please send us a Bug Report (http://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.

We may need temporary log in (and FTP) credentials for your WordPress installation, please consider those for your Bug Report, too.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
