Gallery not found

    Hey, I have a clean WP Install with only NextGen Gallery plugin and Events Manager plugin. I created a testgallery and tried to show it on the homepage.

    [ngg_images gallery_ids="1" display_type=”photocrati-nextgen_basic_thumbnails”]

    And I only get the error message:

    Gallery not found. Please check your settings.

    @ahbn – That particular example of shortcode appears to be using “smart” quotes which are not parsed correctly by most shortcode structures.

    If you are going to use shortcode structures you might consider switching to the “Text” tab of the editor and writing the shortcode structure there.

    For one as straight-forward as that, I would actually recommend you use the IGW (“green button”) as it is much easier to insert the gallery.
