  • Hi @smnbrt,

    Thanks for reaching out!
Can you please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ ?

After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only Modula and see if the same issue happens with no other plugins and a default theme (Twenty TwentyOne, for example).

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

hi @mplusb, thank you for your quick answer.

I would like to avoid the use of this plugin because some users reported site crash when using it.

Would you have an other solution?

    Thank you
    Simon

    Hi @smnbrt,

Unfortunately, because there are no errors on the site in order to pinpoint the culprit to tell you why this happens. Because of this, we need to debug further.
Do you remember what actions you took yesterday before this happened? Installed any new plugins? Updates theme/plugins?

My next recommendation would be to turn off your plugins one by one and see if you can find the culprit.
If this is not an option for you, please send us a list of all your plugins and theme so we can try to replicate this on our end.

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

    Hello Mihaela,

    Thanks for your help.

I tried to deactivate all the plugins one by one but nothing changed.

I recently update WordPress to 5.8.1 version and some of my plugins. Maybe a conflict with modula occured due to this update ?

Here is a list of my plugins :

    Advanced Editor Tools
    Akismet Anti-Spam
    Bridge Core
    Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent
    Contact Form 7
    Duplicate Page
    GA Google Analytics
    Modula
    Qode Instagram Widget
    Really Simple SSL
    WP BackItUp Édition Communautaire
    WP Fastest Cache
    Yoast SEO
    WP Bakery

    Thank you
    Simon

    Hello,

I use the Bridge Child Theme
My Thumbnails in wordpress settings are in 150×150. Is there a special Modula setting for the thumbnails ?

    Thank you for your help

    Hey @smnbrt ,

If you go to edit the gallery, at the General Tab you will see a setting called Image size. Could you please tell us what option have you picked?

    Kind Regards!
