# Gallery Not Displaying

 * It’s pretty weird but on one of our websites we have noticed that the gallery
   doesn’t seem to load on mobile devices (IOS & Android) when the phone is in portrait
   position (loading gif spins continuously). Once the device is rotated the gallery
   suddenly appears.
 * We’ve tried disabling all plugins, tried standard theme but no luck. Does anyone
   have any idea of a fix?

 * Hi,
 * Seems you have Cloudflare on your Website, it can be the reason for the issue.
   Please try to clear the Cache, or you can extract photo-gallery folder in order
   not to chached/minified.

 * That’s correct. I have put cloudflare into development mode and cleared the cache
   and the problem persists.
 * Using browserstack for device testing.

 * I’ve removed the plugin and uploaded version 1.3.11 via FTP.
 * The gallery now loads and works correctly on IOS and android with W3C total cache
   enabled, cloudflare (CDN) and cloudflare minify (HTML, CSS and Javascript) enabled.
 * I would kindly suggest the problem is with version 1.5.14.
