 * Looking to find out how to create groups out of my images on my gallery. Right
   now everything I upload is being added into Media. Is there any way to create
   gallery groups and put 5 images in one and then create a group two and put 5 
   images in that?

 * You’ll need to look for a gallery plugin if you want that kind of additional 
   functionality.
