# Gallery Exclude

 * How do you exclude uploaded pictures from a gallery? For instance, if you wanted
   to insert two seperate galleries into the same post.

   not have it included in the gallery.

 * Seems there’s no answer to this question. I click on the “Show”/”Hide” link and
   it doesn’t make a difference. I enter zero in the pic I want excluded and no 
   luck.

 * Thanks esmi; I’ll consider that method sometimes. The problem is that because
   of the theme I’m using, the first image uploaded directly into the post is used
   as the main photo and that’d be the one I don’t need repeated on the same page.(
   I’ll have to see whether fetching it via a url will give the same performance–
   which I doubt as it uses GD or some such library to manipulate the image.)
 * I’m sure there must be some purpose for the Show/Hide links and some documentation
   somewhere on how to use the function. I’ll google one more time…

 * The Show/Hide links are purely used within the Gallery Admin. They don’t have
   any purpose on the public side of a blog.
