# Gallery doesn't load

 * Hi,
 * I created months ago albums and galleries which worked fined.
    But around 2 months
   ago the galleries stopped to work: In the album, when I click on a gallery, instead
   of opening the gallery, Nextgen reload the current page of the album. An interesting
   point is that it works in the preview mode of the dashboard but not when load
   normally the site.
 * I use the last version of NextGen Gallery 2.1.1 and NextGen Plus 1.1.3
 * I also us 2 other plugins:
    – jonradio Private Site – Limit Login Attempts

 * I experence the exact same problem. Adding ?preview=true to any gallery link 
   works, but the auto-render when inserting “NextGEN Basic Compact Album” or “NextGEN
   Basic Extended Album” on a page renders the album previews fine, but the links(
   without ?preview=true) do not work anymore.
    They all worked fine before upgrading
   something a few months ago.
 * I’ve added manual gallery links with ?preview=true as an album page, but it looks
   awful and is just a workaround.
 * If anyone has any idea what this might be or how to fix it, please let us know.

 * Thanks to Cais who helped me in the NextGEN’s member’s area.
 * The problem was because of the other plugin named POLYLANG that I deactivated
   and my galleries work at present fine.
