Yes, I have this tables in my database. But with another prefix (my own wp-prefix), but I think it is not a problem?
regarding unistalling and installing again the plugin – I’ve done it yesterday after I’ve read some support post. With no success.
As I’ve wrote before – I can see old galleries on admin site, so tables exist for sure…

Can you please open your browser’s console and see if there any JavaScript errors when trying to add a new gallery?
If there are please send me a screenshot with them.

I’ve tried to add new gallery. I could use NEXT button and add new images without error on console (but there is still error “For some reason….” on the top, but despite this it I could add new images etc).
But when I want finish with gallery and click SAVE then error occures on console:

Because we were not able to replicate this we will need to do some further debugging.
I recommend installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate FTG and see if this works as it should with a default WordPress theme and no other plugins.
Please let me know if it does.

Thanks for the tip.
I’ve activated and deactivated almost all the plugin before, but I’ve skipped one or two which was not suspected. Now I’ve checked one by one and found conflict with this plugin https://pl.wordpress.org/plugins/sierotki/
and with this theme:
https://themeforest.net/item/stockholm-a-genuinely-multiconcept-theme/8819050
I’ve deactivated plugin and now gallery is dispayed on page. It is ok.
I couldnt add new gallery because of the conflict with Stockholm, but it is workaround for a while….
