The user then clicks on an image which allows them to view in slideshow mode. However, something then causes it to stop working. The images are all displayed in one long column and clicking on an image only zooms in on that one image. There is no slideshow option. I have tried multiple themes, including WordPress generic themes and it does the same thing. Can you please tell me what is causing this? Is there a setting I have that is incorrect? Now, retrace your steps activating each plugin and re-checking to see if the problem returns. If it does then that last activated plugin was probably the one. Keep reactivating and in most cases it is also best to keep checking after each plugin, sometimes there may be more than one plugin on a site that will create an issue. When searching via Google I found this CSS that I added to my theme additional CSS. And I switched to an Imagely theme, Free Spirit thinking that would certainly be supported by NextGen. And I turned off all non-essential plug-ins. That may be helping because I no longer see the problem using Firefox which is my default browser and what I use for editing. But neither Chrome nor Microsoft Edge will show my pages correctly. Other than the home page they still want to show the old theme with the single column display issue. I’ve cleared cache on each of the browsers. My website is TeriFranzenPhotography. com. If you use Chrome or Edge to look at any of the galleries you should see the issue. I tested just deleting one of them and now Chrome shows the correct theme. At first all looked great. That only made it more frustrating. I wound up installing the Justifiable Grid plug-in. Using that to take over all of my NextGen gallery codes seems to work like a charm.
