Could you check for Javascript errors on the page when trying to open the Carousel view, as explained here:

Let me know what you find!
If you don’t find any errors, could you post a link to one of your galleries here so I can have a look? If you want your site URL to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

Thanks!
Hello Jeremy @jeherve,
Using link you provided above:-
Step 1 is not working. I try this step before I send this support request to you. I have tried Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. All 3 not working.
Step 2 still not fixing anything unfortunately. Using Step 3, this is what I get.
Firefox:-

I prefer not to share my website link here. I had sent my problem details to Jetpack Contact Support 2-3 DAYS AGO via link you give above. But almost 3rd days now, I still haven’t receive any reply from your team aside computer generated email. Are they on holiday at this moment?
Seeing error on Chrome. I also turn off my Cloudflare CDN but it seems not fixing anything. Other thing I tried is clear browser cache, turn off all 3 layers (Static, Dynamic, Memcached) of my hosting cache system. I also tried using Chrome Incognito browser but all of it not fixing my issue. Please take a look on my issue. Thanks in advance.

I can see now that one of my colleagues replied earlier today. Could you check their email and reply to them?
Thanks!

This looks like an issue with your site configuration or CloudFlare configuration, but we’d need to take a closer look on your site to find out more. In your reply to my colleague, could you send a link to a page where you experience this issue?
Thanks!
