@julieager – Have you tried following the steps outlined in this article: http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Troubleshooting

    Thanks!

Yes I have. The only suggestion that I have not tried is that someone on one of the sites mentioned a conflict with ID 23 or 25. However, since I had deactivated all other plugins and it still did not work, I was pretty sure that was not the problem.

@julieager – Please send us a Bug Report (http://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.

We may need log in (and FTP) credentials for your WordPress installation, please include those with your Bug Report, too.

    Thanks!

I would be happy to give you access. However, can you give me an email house. I would rather not post that information on a public site. Thanks

I am sorry, I meant “an email to use”

@julieager – You can provide those credentials via the Bug Report form … or as a reply to the conversation that will be started by the Bug Report.

    Thanks!

I understand that, however, if I answer here, anyone will have the login codes to my ftp site. I was asking if there was a private place I could post them

@julieager – Yes, I posted the link above … here it is again: http://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/

Please use the Bug Report form.

    Thanks!

Okay, it seems like reinstalling to a clean version of WordPress would be my best bet. I am currently in the process of backing up all of my important files. Once that is finished, how do I start all over?

@julieager – Unfortunately “start all over” is a bit vague on where exactly you see the beginning at … if you are starting over from nothing then you would need to also include in your process the complete clearing of your database as well.

For the most part, this is really not within the scope of support we offer specifically for NextGEN Gallery but there are many installation related articles you can find in the WordPress codex that should get you looking in the direction you want to go.

    Thanks!

Not a problem. I went ahead and restarted yesterday and have it up and running. I appreciate your help and will steer clear of any plugins having to do with users roles or similar types. Thanks for your help.
