I just noticed that the gallery isn’t working properly. If you check the linked page on mobile, the gallery reacts as expected. The gallery works also if you scroll down and click on “Additional Infos” (Informazioni aggiuntive). However if you click “Reviews” (Recensioni) after clicking “Additional Infos” and then go back to the gallery, it stops working and gets stuck. This happens to all products.
I also notice another issue: the table of “Additional Infos” is not so responsive as you can see for this product.
And one last problem: the “buy now” button of this product is not centered.
Why is this happening, and how can this issue be resolved?
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
The Storefront theme is different from Twenty Twenty-Four. You can find and install it from your dashboard by going to: Appearance > Themes > Add New, then search for “Storefront”.
Thanks for your help! I managed to do it. Could you please check the link? It’s a fully navigable staging website with no plugins except WooCommerce.
I am looking forward to hearing from you!
I just noticed that the store page in the storefront staging website, with no plugin (except WooCommerce) seem different from the page I have on my normal website – the products are different.

I visited your staging site and tried to reproduce this problem:
However if you click “Reviews” (Recensioni) after clicking “Additional Infos” and then go back to the gallery, it stops working and gets stuck.
As a result, everything is working as expected and there are no issues with the gallery.
Could you check from your end to confirm if the issue is happening on the staging site now? If it is then please share a video recording so I can try the same steps.
Looking forward to your response. 🙂

I appreciate it a lot. Thanks a lot for your help! 🙂 The screenshot you sent me is from my regular website. I’ve also attached a video where I show you that the issue is also on the front store with all plugins deactivated except for WooCommerce. In the video, you’ll see that the gallery gets stuck even before clicking on the reviews.
I’ll also show you how I visit the staging website and navigate to the store’s homepage.
I’ll also point out that there’s a strange gallery at the beginning of the store page that’s not in the regular gallery. I had to scroll down quite a bit to find the items.
The development team and contributors are aware now, and while we can’t guarantee an exact timeline, it’s in good hands. The best way to stay updated as things progress is to keep an eye on the GitHub issue created for this bug: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/57292.
As for your staging site, you’re absolutely free to delete it if you’d like, especially if it’s using up hosting resources or is no longer needed. If a similar issue ever comes up again, you can always spin up a new staging environment to test things in isolation.
Hello @kingsleyinfo, the thread cannot be marked as resolved because, as @lovingbro or @mahfuzurwp said, the issues persist, and the development team is working on it, and they will let me know on GitHub.
I understand you’re waiting for a fix related to the issue you reported.
I’m happy to let you know that our developers have resolved it, and the fix is scheduled to be included in WooCommerce version 9.90. You can find more details here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/57373
Please let me know if you have any other questions. 🙂
If you have a moment, we’d really appreciate it if you could leave a review for WooCommerce. Your feedback helps us continue to improve and support users like you. 😊 You can leave a review here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/#reviews
Thanks again, and feel free to reach out if you need anything else!
