Galleries Not Showing Properly

I am having difficulties with two of my galleries on my website. I have my galleries setup to display all of my photos and then when you click on a photo you will enter into a “slideshow”. I have all of my images sized to be the same size; however when I click on them to show up individually they do not show up the same size (some are larger). Also, some images that I did not even put into my gallery keep showing up. Please advise me on how to get my images to all show up the same size when I click on them.

Also, do you know to remove the caption and image size from of the photos?
