Galleries inside theme not working

Can somebody tell me why this could be happening? The galleries are displaying on squares instead of circles like Carolyne’s displays. I know images should only be uploaded to posts but not inserted as galleries inside of them. I’ve tried different options and I’m still not getting the results I would like.
