# Galleries down

 * I have many many galleries that are now down after i just upgraded. I have the
   latest wordpress, and had upgraded my plugin not that long ago – maybe a couple
   of months. My website is up, but my photos are down.
 * Here is the error from the error.log

 * Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and sorry for the trouble here.
 * We’ve released NextGEN Gallery 4.4.0. Please take a full backup of your site 
   and database, then update the plugin from **Plugins** » **Installed Plugins**
   and let us know whether your galleries come back.
 * If you’re still stuck after updating, please let us know:
    - Which NextGEN Gallery version you updated from
    - Whether new errors appear in your log after updating, and what they say
    - Whether every gallery is affected or only some
    - Your site info from **Tools** » **Site Health** » **Info**, using the “Copy
      site info to clipboard” button at the top
 * That will give us what we need to look into it further.

   should automatically resolve the issue you encountered.
