 * Hello,
 * first post here. Sorry I may not have the correct words to explain my problem,
   but I will try:
    The provided link opens an article with a gallery containin
   34 photos. Split on 2 pages. That’s fine. – When I click on the first image image
   of the first page, it opens the image, but it says “1/24” in the top left. I
   would expect “1/34”. – When I click on the first image of the second page, it
   opens the image, but it says “1/10” in the top left. I would expect “25/34”.
   This is strange, but I can live with it and i guess some will even consider it
   normal.
 * However, this same article is visible on the main page of the web site. there,
   if I click on the first image, it opens the image, but it says “1/59”. And when
   I navigate through the images, after the 34th (the last one of my gallery), I
   can see 35, 36 etc corresponding to other galleries. This is really annoying.
 * Is it due to a configuration I missed somewhere. I looked for it on google, but
   probably do not have the right words.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fgalleries-are-mixed%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hello [@angeloni_jerome](https://wordpress.org/support/users/angeloni_jerome/),
 * My first recommendation will be to try to re-insert the gallery and check again.

   That to discard that you are using an old shortcode code.
 * On the other hand, 1/59 is because it is trying to load all the photos available
   on that page, including your other blog posts.
 * So! Please, for both situations: try to go to the “Customize Display Settings”
   tab while re-inserting your gallery display and check that the option “Add Hidden
   Images” is set to “No”.
 * Please, keep us posted, we are happy to help!
