I had a look at your link, and the gallery container is being output, but no images inside the gallery are being rendered. Please ensure your gallery still has valid attachments that have not been deleted.
Another problem could be caused by a plugin or theme conflict. Could you please enable WP_DEBUG to see if there are any php warnings.

Thanks for the answer, after a lot of test, I disabled Polylang and it seems that Polylang caused the bug.
I desactivated Polylang for medias, and it’s ok now.

I upgraded recently and I am having the same problem stated above by piefolle, but instead of using Polylang to have a multilanguage site, I am using Multilanguage. So, it seems like there’s a bug creating a conflict between Foogallery and any multilanguage plugin. Can anything be done, that doesn´t imply turning my website into a monolingual site?
I don’t know WPML but I think you can enable / disable the Multi Language for medias.
This was the problem for me.
Look into WPML settings, and try to disable language for medias.
Please note that the issue doesn’t affect the galleries that were previously created and that I haven’t updated recently such as for example: http://www.bis-bis.biz/es_ES/artists/monika-bravo/. But newly created galleries or the ones i updated today do not work, such as: http://www.bis-bis.biz/es_ES/artists/jaime-gili/ in which the image gallery do not display.
Hmmm… Well, it looks like the Multilanguage plugin does not have a multilanguage setting/option for medias.
