 * Is it possible to sort galleries using this? I don’t want to sort individual 
   pictures, but rather galleries of the same category.

 * The plugin has categories and items assigned to categories, there are no galleries.
   Not sure if I understood your inquiry. Could you further explain?

 * I was just wondering if it’s possible to assign categories to albums, or if only
   individual pictures can be assigned.
