• I didn’t have any trouble installing the plugin after reading the comments in the reviews, and data appears to be collecting in Google Analytics. However, the data has been collecting for 4 full days and there’s a clear mismatch between the two.

Pardon the formatting, but here is the difference. As you can see, some days it’s accurate, some days it’s not, and the amount of difference varies.
WooCommerce Google Analytics $ Difference % Difference
    $579.29 $591.76 $12.47 2%
    $404.11 $0.00 ($404.11) -100%
    $378.14 $378.14 $0.00 0%
    $190.05 $190.05 $0.00 0%
    $1,551.59 $1,159.95 ($391.64) -25%

Google Analytics only reports 4 transactions, where WooCommerce reports 6 in the WordPress back-end.

The last two days have been accurate, so maybe there was an adjustment period for the first 48 hours as the data began collecting… but if not, what might be causing these differences? What kinds of things should I investigate?

Please excuse the table formatting, sorry. 🙂 I can retype manually instead of pasting from Excel if anyone cares and wants to see it.

    Hei,

I have the same problem… Can it be related to the fact that the orders created in the back-end (by admins) are not tracked and therefor do not apply?!

Yes, It would be nice to get that data to GA as well…

    br,
    Hendrik

Has anyone figured this out? I am seeing the same issue.

If you goto transactions in backend of GA you can get order ID – perhaps isolate which orders are not being registered and spotting a trend

It would be really nice to have support respond to this issue – I am also having the same problem. My conversion numbers in GA are useless, which is extremely frustrating!
