# GA Pro does not work

 * The GA Pro does not work, I cannot get it activated. It shows a key which does
   not work and when I change that for the Key provided, it does not work neither.

 * Glad to help. Normally license activation works great, but there are things can
   interfere depending on setup and so forth. In any case, I am happy to help troubleshoot
   and hopefully resolve the issue asap.
 * Note: The rules here at WordPress.org prohibit any discussion of pro/premium 
   versions, but no worries as you also have sent an email to which I will reply
   soon.
 * Also just FYI: usually people give the developer a chance to help before hitting
   them with a negative/1-star review. That way everyone (you, me, visitors, etc.)
   benefits from the information. In the future, please consider opening a support
   ticket if you have questions or need help, thank you.
