Hey @johnv85,
Thanks for creating this topic.
We have had a look at the store – larhn.com and observed that the GA tracking snippet is not installed. It seems that the option “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js'” is not checked in the plugin settings.
Please check the option “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js'” so that the GA snippet gets inserted and tracking via our plugin start to work.
We hope the above helps. Please post us know in case the issue persists.
Thanks & Regards,

Hello @tatvic,
Thanks for your reply. The option was not checked because I believed we already had the gtag.js code installed via Tag Manager.
See https://ibb.co/t89KTN7 for Tag Assistant result on website.
I have checked the option in the plugin and refreshed the website, but the Tag Assistant results remain exactly the same.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
John
I have managed to resolve this by not using tag manager and instead inserting the applicable tracking codes with the insert header/footer plugin.
It now appears to be working with the exception of the revenue figure on GA4 (works fine on UA), which I can see is being reported and addressed in another post.
Thanks for your assistance.
John
