GA events don’t work

Hello

I am using this plug-in and, after the update, GA events are not working.

There was an event count with the Join.Chat category but then it didn’t count anymore.

Do you have any changes you need to make to work on events?

PS. I downloaded the plugin on the website:
Join.chat +
And when I install it, it stops running events. Did I do something wrong?

Hello, your site is loading Google Analytics through MonsterInsights plugin and tracker has the name ‘__gaTracker’ instead of the default name.

You can fix it and set the correct name of the tracker with a php filter. It’s in the FAQs.

If you don’t want to add php filters in your code try to enable the compatibility mode from MonsterInsights settings like here in step 3.

thanks @creapuntome, but my version is Lite and does not have this function.

I installed Monster Insight just to integrate Analytics, I find it easier to exclude the plug-in and include the tag in the header.
