G4 not working

    Hi,

    I have added UA and G4 and for some reason G4 doesn’t work…

    I am using litespeed cache, could it be the reason? I have disabled it and still same issue, so I don’t think so.

    Here is a picture of our configuration:

    Note that your plugin is uptodate.

    When a visit counts as a bounce, only the visit is tracked, but it doesn’t affect any other stats, like Time on Page and Session Duration.

    When using Adjusted Bounce Rate, the amount of visits not counted as a bounce increases. So, their stats affect stats like Time on Page and Session Duration.

    I’m not sure what kind of website you have, but if you publish e.g. long, informational articles, it might make sense that people spend 10 minutes on your website and then leave. This would normally count as a bounce (because they only visit 1 page and leave), but with Adjusted Bounce Rate it doesn’t count as a bounce and their stats are added to the total.

    Does that make sense in your situation?
