I see that the G-Translate is shown above the search button.

How can I make it move a bit to the right?

And so that it is well aligned? (since it now appears a little above the line)

You can use this CSS to solve it:

.menu-item-gtranslate {width:165px;height:42px;padding-top:9px;}

You can put this code into your theme or into GTranslate Widget Code style section.
