• Hello,
Since your latest update, I can not remove the G+ icon from my page. I know that G+ is no longer live and it has been a while since I updated your plugin. So somewhere in the update, your new plugin doesn’t take into account if the user has a G+ icon displaying from a previous version of your plugin and remove it correctly.

    Need update soon please.

    TIA

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I also went and put back the old plugin files and tried to remove G+ then update, but it will not let me remove with the old plugin as well. I think possibly your update changes database structure.

Well everything is working now. Not sure what I did. Last thing was updating plugin, clearing cache and visiting a couple of pages. Guess visiting the pages forced an update of the cache maybe? dunno

Ok great, thank you for updating the community about this! 🙂

.. aaannd it’s back. My brain hurts.

Can you please check your process for updating the database when a user has predefined G+ account info and that icon showing on their site before your current update.

Also, I did notice it takes a couple of saves when adding and removing buttons. It doesn’t work well with W3TC or Autoptimize. From my experience.

    Best,

pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.

    hope this helps debugging,
