fwrite fclose errors

Hello,

I have a fresh install and just configured hosting added key and bucket and when I try to save the backup settings I am getting the following errors. If I hit my back button I get back to the page and the site is fine and it looks like some of the settings are getting changed but it didn’t look like it saved 15 days but it saves other options.. One thing to mention is I am running php 7. Other than that I have never seen this error and I use it on a number of sites.
