Wow it seems like im not the only one with this problem.. hoping someone could help.
Long story short, I take my pictures of the right resolution then resize them to a height of about 900. This make the picture at about 130 to 250KB. This makes the picture clear but at same time doesn’t take up lots of storage space. I then upload the picture to wordpress and import the picture to the appropriate product im selling on my website. Problem is the large gallery picture is horribly fuzzy.
look it up for yourself and see what you think
Picture in my opinion is very fuzzy!!
now right click on the large picture to get the picture information, you’ll notice its only 19.13KB (no wonder it looks like crap)but then click the + sign on the bottom right of the picture and you’ll notice it’s 100 times better.now click on the top left of that pic to expand it…..and wow there it is, nice and clear. If you right click and get the info on the expanded photo you will notice its 139kb which is the original size of the photo when i uploaded to wordpress. So what the heck am I doing wrong, there must be some setting somewhere to fix this problem. The only way I could make the image clear is to download 1 to 3MB pictures (which doesn’t make sense) and i would definately run out of server space in no time, cause i got over 10,000 items to list on my website.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
