 * I am working closely with your plugin. I am trying to integrate your plugin with
   [Ultimate member](https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-member/) plugin.
 * UM plugin is having a option of sending friend request and all along with that
   if we can add your appointment request hope will workout well. Here is the ref.

 * Here is small try I have gave and achieved some thing but if you can help me 
   to take this forward will be great.
