Undoubtedly this is the best plugin to implement two-factor authentication. I have tested it on a test website it works fine. That makes me curious as to why it is not a top download. In my view, this plugin should have at least a half a million download, but it has been stuck to just 2000+ Active download.

When is it going to be included in WordPress Core?

When it becomes part of the WordPress core, then what would be its future and what about those website administrators who had already implement it.

Is this plugin fully stable to implement on a live website (since it is in BETA version)

I think the effort to merge this with core has been postponed per this message on Slack.

I think yes, as long as you’re aware of the known issues.

Thank you so much for reverting to my query.

I can’t access the message since I am not a member of the workspace. Could you share, therefore, why merging of this plugin with WordPress core has been postponed?

Moreover, I have gone through the open issues. None of them applies to me. Therefore, I see this plugin as the best option to implement Two-Factor on my website.

Once again thank you so much for this great plugin. Providing multiple options to complete two-factor is the excellent feature of this plugin.
