[Resolved] Future development of backend theme

  • Hi developer people,

I just had a bit of a query/request for during the future alpha/beta testing phases of WordPress —

With the present release of WordPress (3.2), there is a good bit of unhappiness among many that the old administrative interface was COMPLETELY deleted and moderators on the forums here have said that the old interface is forever unavailable to use with all future releases of WordPress. A LOT of us really, really, really liked the old interface. It was happy and fun, and warm. The new one is cold and futuristic. I miss my happy and fun, and warm WordPress.

So in the future development of WordPress, could you please try to ensure that the classic, more warm, happy admin themes are at the very least, somehow copied over and released as an admin theme plugin.

    Thank you so much.
