Funds not processing through Authorize.net

I have a client who a site was built for using the StorePress theme. The site as awesome and everything works great, except that funds are not processing through Authorize.net into the clients bank account. All the setting have been double checked and seem to be correct, as well as the transaction key and ID.
Any ideas why this is not working as it should?
