# functions.php without a theme

 * I’m still very new to WordPress and from my understanding, some functions such
   as custom user data goes into the function.php which comes with a theme.
 * But my problem is I am creating a site without a theme. So I use the loop to 
   get my post data. But where do I put the code that’s supposed to be in this functions.
   php?
