 * Honestly, no idea.
 * But: you’re saying “customers”. Are you running a business ?
 * If so, I would suggest that you go to more radical steps.
    – If it’s about saving
   your sales figure, that wouldn’t be unnatural to hire a tech to see what he can
   do; – Or, less radically, can’t you try moving to a different web host, maybe
   it’s your web host that sucks, to be blunt ? I don’t want to be rude, but unless
   something is really gone BAD with your wordpress blog, it’s a shame for a web
   host if a website goes down with just a 50 pages load or 50 visitors spike. –
   Even less radically, did you ensure your website is properly optimized, have
   you at least installed a caching plugin such as wp-supercache ? This drastically
   improves website performance, your blog engine stops grinding all of its gears
   with every new request, for each different page, all the visitors save the first
   one are served a static HTML page.
 * Edit: also, have you considered your site may be hacked by something ? That doesn’t
   look likely (a hack editing files will keep them edited, I mean, not just when
   you have traffic spikes). You may want to give the Sucuri Site Scanner a look,
   just in case, to remove that doubt at least.
 * Edit2 : I realize I didn’t even write the obvious, kinda assuming you already
   tried that. Have you tried reinstalling wordpress ?

 * 1. hire a tec? HEHE! that’s a good idea
    2. i have three site on same host. and
   other sites are working very well 3. “wp-supercache” improved site and site was
   alive for a longer time. but problem still exist 4. reinstall wordpress? i’m
   not sure what do u mean! i just extracted my theme and wordpress (fist file that
   i installed on my site) over my site folder and problem still exist. 5. hack?!
   idk. maybe!
