 * I’ve all of a sudden have function.php errors showing up on my woo commerce category
   pages. Anyone know how to resolve this?

 * have you made recent modifications anywhere in theme files?
    do you have a child
   theme set up? can you replace the functions.php with a clean copy? (if needed)
 * if the issue is related to woocommerce:
    check directly with woocommerce support
