 * yes all the plugins and themes are up to date.

 * Something is using old code.
 * Please go to the Plugin page for each plugin and check it is still active. I 
   suspect there will be one that has been stopped developing such as Sharedaddy.
 * You could also switch the plugins off one by one and reload to see when the message
   disappears.
