Functionality User review YASR pro

Hi,
One of the features of the pro version interests me, User Reviews, but before buying this pro version I would like to know more about this feature: reviews are activated for a custom post for which YASR is also activated. Are the ratings given via the stars of the custom post and the one given via the User Review feature synchronized? Can a logged in user modify his rating given on the custom post when he posts a comment with rating?
