   up? I have installed the free plugin but do not have any options to set it up
   right now.

 * Firstly activate the plugin. Then you will see a menu named File Manager on admin
   dashboard. Click on the menu. You will see the file manager.
 * If you want to set it up on the frontend of your site, you need to purchase the
   premium plugin.
