Function to display guest author by author ID

I am looking for a function that will get the meta data for a guest author based on the guest author’s ID. This would be outside and independent of the standard WordPress post loop.

Something similar to the function get_userdata()

The end-goal is to be able to get an array or object of the guest author’s Name, email, website, etc based on the ID submitted.

I’ve exhausted my search for forums as well as the Co-Authors Plus code. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
