 * Hello,
 * I accidentally changed the function.php and when I am trying to revert back via
   winsh it is giving me access denied. My site is down and I really need help.
   I also tried “chmod 775 filename” using putty and it is still giving me access
   denied.

 * You’ll need to access your server via [SFTP or FTP](https://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and edit the file
   with a [plain text editor](https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_Files#Text_Editors).
