    Hi,

Very happy to see the function “Override the No Image placeholder image with my own”, but unfortunately, it does not work. The default image shows. Cleared all caches with the same result.

    HI @indell,

Sorry that you ran into issues here!

Can you tell me a bit more?
    – What version of WP are you running here?
    – What exact version of AWPCP? (number, please)
    – What specifically did you place in the field? (URL? Can you view that on your browser OK?)
    – Have you tried a conflict test? Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with AWPCP, which may help pinpoint the issue: http://awpcp.com/forum/faq/how-to-test-for-plugintheme-conflicts/

    Please let me know.

    WordPress 4.7.3
    AWPCP 3.7.4
Yes, I can view the image in the browser. It’s a png image file with the same size as the thumbnail settings. Tried different png’s.
The theme is Twenty Fourteen, so I doubt the issue is there.

Running PHP version: 5.6.30 – is that an issue?

    Hi @indell,

Hmmm–what about the conflict test? Just switching themes isn’t enough. You need to disable all plugins except AWPCP as well.

    Does it work then?

If not, contact us here: http://awpcp.com/contact/ and we’ll continue the discussion offline.
