    The weird thing is that this happened randomly. Maybe it’s a cache thing:

    FYI–i had the same problem. It was being caused by trying to re-activate the plugin when “Enable Single Sign Out” is enabled. I had to change the code to ignore the Single Sign Out flag momentarily, and then was able to activate it.
