 * When upgrading from 1.1.2 to 1.3.0 my website had issues with sitemap urls, scripts
   and images being relative (with no checkbox selected).
 * I managed to fix this by comment the line for apply filter “clean_url”.
 * This should be affecting others as i see new topics on forum today.
 * Hope this helps you.
