 * ver 9.96 function ampforwp_get_data_consent() that function appears to run even
   if GDPR compliance toggle is turned off.
 * The problem is the site you are using for IP data [http://ipinfo.io](http://ipinfo.io)
   has a rate limit of 1000 per day so amp on popular sites start throwing an error
   that users see saying error in features.php file_get_contents(“[http://ipinfo.io/](http://ipinfo.io/){
   SOMEIPADDDRES} http/1.0 status 429 too many requests.
 * Please make sure this does not run when GDPR compliance toggle is off and warn
   users about 1000 limit per day if they turn the GDRP compliance toggle on or 
   find another data source without the rate limit. Thank you.

 * you are saying we are using IP data so I would like to tell you we are not using
   any IP data can you please where you see that we are using IP data.
 * Can you please explain a little bit more about the error you are facing so I 
   can understand it better and providde a solution to you.

 * Ok I see it is not in the current master branch, it was in development version
   I had.
