# Fully Functional? Not…

 * Yet another lite version of a Pro version. Says “Fully Functional” right there
   in the description… but can’t edit text, have multiple agents, hide chat, exclude
   pages, add pictures or logos, get email alerts, or get offline messages… without
   getting paid addons. Also this program is buggy, will not give ring tone for 
   chat requests unless that window is active.. if the customer closes the window,
   when you switch back to your interface, it suddenly decides to work, giving you
   the ring tone even though no calls are active. Pass on this one…. there are better“
   lite” versions for Live Chat Solutions than this. There should be a rule about
   posting something as “FREE” when it is anything but – **untrustworthy** off the
   starting line.

 * The plugin is fully functional in the sense that it gives you the ability to 
   chat to your website visitors without having to install any third party software.
   Yes, there may be limitations to upgrade to the pro version but we believe what
   we offer in our free version is enough for small businesses. We are constantly
   adding new functionality to our plugin.
 * Our unique angle is that you don’t need to sign up to third party monthly subscriptions
   in order to chat with your visitors (or to get multiple chat agents). Our pro
   version is a once off cost of only $19.95. This is by far, more cost effective
   than any of the other solutions out there.
 * The bug that you experienced with regards to the ring tone not firing is currently
   being dealt with. This is an intermittent bug and not all users experience this.
