# Fullscreen or large width does not work

 * Hi,
    I would like to increase the chatbox window size on desktop computers but
   it does not work under 0.87 version Fullscreen mode is also not working on laptop
   and desktop. What can it be? I’ve tried to enlarge the screen with [@media](https://wordpress.org/support/users/media/)(
   min-width: 1025px)… but without success too.

    To set chatbox
   full screen, follow these steps:
    - Go to your WordPress Dahsboard ([ sample screenshot ](https://i.imgur.com/ReuN5rZ.png))
    - Go to “Watson Assistant”> “Customize Plugin” in the left menu ([ sample screenshot ](https://i.imgur.com/zFebbQi.png))
    - On the “Customize Your Plugin” page go to “Chat Box” tab ([ sample screenshot ](https://pasteboard.co/Jj8VULJ.png))
    - On the “Chat Box” tab, set the “Always” to “Full Screen” ([ sample screenshot ](https://pasteboard.co/Jj8Yh1Z.png))
    - Save changes
