    Hi,

    When loading the search menu on a mobile device, the bar is half off the page on the left.

    I would ideally like the search bar to be displayed in the mobile menu as it is now, just located in the centre of the screen at the bottom of the menu when the search icon is clicked.

    The website in question can be found here: https://specialtylighting.uk/

    Can you help?
    Ryan

  • Upon reflection, is it possible to remove the search icon from the mobile device, and replace it with the search field?

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I would ideally like the search bar to be displayed in the mobile menu as it is now, just located in the centre of the screen at the bottom of the menu when the search icon is clicked.

    You can achieve this by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings

    #mainnav-mobi ul li.is-menu {
        padding-left: 20px;
    }

    Upon reflection, is it possible to remove the search icon from the mobile device, and replace it with the search field?

    I can see on your site this is how it is displaying.

    Have you managed to achieve it?

    Best regards,

    I worked a way to do it, but is temperamental and does not work on all devices. I have now reverted the bar back to as it was with your changes.
