[Resolved] Full width issues

  • Hello everyone. I have been playing around with TwentyTen and setting up my header and footer to be full width. I have got the header perfect. The footer however is not full width.

What is very interesting is I created a child theme called purple. Upon activating it the footer went full width. The content area in the middle also matched my cream background.

Anyone know what might have caused that? I need to know so I can make the changes in the code.

    Any insights much appreciated.

please post a link to your site.

http://www.purpleoakdesign.com/blog I know I have missed something silly and been at it all day yesterday. When I switched the child theme on and seen it was full width I must have something conflicting.

I have deactivated the child theme for now and making the changes to the twentyten theme for the moment as I need access to the header and footer php files.
