Full width image slider

Hi everyone,

I’m searching for a full width (or fix width easily modified to full) image slider plugin for wordpress. At the moment I’m not having any luck finding one.

Something similar to:

The client wants to be able to upload/change settings herself so I’m stuck with having to find some plugin with those abilities.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
