 * Hi, i’m new to coding and wordpress, so, here’s my question. How to make this
   banner? ([http://i.imgur.com/0tFO1Cr.jpg](http://i.imgur.com/0tFO1Cr.jpg)) I 
   want that red banner to be wide as the whole screen, a full width banner. As 
   there is different screen resolution what size should be that picture?
