full width homepage without sidebar

    Hello,

    I would like to have a full width home page without the sidebar. Has someone experience with that? Please tell me how to change it.

    I have disabled the widgets and author bio but the sidebar is still there. There is a post which says to change the index.php but there are three index.php pages so which one? Could the developer please be more descriptive.
